Fruit Kitchen Curtains

Fabrics with imprinted fruits on them have always had their place in the kitchen. This can be towels, tablecloths and even fruit kitchen curtains. It’s actually quite fitting and if choosing the right fabric, pattern and even fruits the appearance be both charming and even stylish. One wouldn’t normally think of fruit kitchen curtains as stylish. I will however change your mind if you thought that way. The key to using curtains with fruits on comes down to the type of curtain style that your hang up. The quality also has to be decent. Often times you’ll see cheap fabrics of fruits where you can’t even differentiate between a plum and grape.

This is not the type of curtain you want. You want a fabric that has a nice and clean appearance where each kind of fruit is easily distinguisble. Easier said than done, right? Well not if you purchased a good quality fruit kitchen curtain. Kitchen curtains with fruit shouldn’t be cluttered unless the detail is both fine and precise with clear lines between each kind of fruit. A good example is the garden fruit valance curtain. You can clearly see that the fruits are clearly defined. The apples look like apples and same is also true for the pears, grapes and raspberries. The fruit leaves are also a nice artistic touch. Sure the raspberry looks just a little bit off but for the price and general quality that is a very beautiful curtain.

Kitchen fruit curtains with a single particular fruit are also attractive very popular fruit are apples and cherries. I guess these delicious fruits don’t need additional fruit keep them company on the curtain fabric. It’s what you like, do you like one kind of fruit or do you want you fabric to have an assortment of fruit. There isn’t a right or wrong decision and considering that the prices are very reasonable then there’s nothing wrong with owning two kinds of styles. The kitchen always looks the best when it is fresh from time to time. Also think whether you want the curtain fabric to have fruit all over it or do you want the fruit to be limited to the area above the hem. Fruit curtains are indeed a style of their own. Personally I love them and I think they will look lovely in a country kitchen as well as a simple and small kitchen in a city apartment. It’s really just a matter of finding the fruit pattern that appeals to you. The fruit kitchen curtain pictured is very lovely and what I like most about it is that the fruits are not mashed together.
